Virginia is turning a new leaf on strict marijuana laws according to Fox 5 D.C… The old bill is really not that big of a deal which states that if you get caught with dirty grass you’re subjected to face 30 days in jail and a fine up to $500 dollars. Then it is a big deal to be punished for something that has been proven to provide medical benefits to patients who may be dealing with a severe illness.
