The Diplomats “Once Upon A Time” (Video)

The Diplomats got the internet buzzing with their new single “Once Upon A Time” and to top things off the right way, they tapped on the shoulders of Kid Art to put their lyrics into visual infruition. In case you didn’t know, Kid Art is the guy who directed Pusha T’s The Darkest Before Dawn short film including several others. Jim Jones is also responsible for the direction of a lot of Dipset videos you watched over the years.

What stood out to us about this video? In the beginning you can hear a dog barking which is sort of like a Kid Art signature, and how they had all the choir members wearing pink bandanas and rocking Diplomat platinum chains (Think That Was Killa Cam’s Idea). Not only that: Also in the beginning of the video if you noticed the choir’s emotionless expression, it’ll send off some dark vibes, gearing you up for what’s to come throughout the visual.

Juelz Santana and Freaky Zekey made their appearances in this visual as well, but it would’ve been super crazy to have all Dipset members rhyming over this mean Heatmakerz Beat. Video below.
