ATL Native Rich Homie Quan announced earlier this year that he was signed to the legendary Motown Records, and since then he’s released two singles titled “Replay” and today “Da Streetz” visual to get his fans ready for “Back To The Basics” mixtape. In this song he describes his early upbringings pointing out a lot of things young black males go through such as going through a prison system that needs reform, being a young father, water being contaminated among some things he rhymed about.
“First and foremost I would like to Thank God for this amazing opportunity,” Quan says in a statement. — “I’m excited to be a part of a building that has such great history in music. I look forward to this new chapter in my life and giving my fans the best I have to offer.”
There have been talks of a new album coming soon but that has yet to be determined. Check out Rich Homie’s new video below, and let us know what you think.
