Legendary D.C. GoGo Band Rare Essence holds true to their slogan “It Ain’t No Party Like An R.E. Party Because An R.E. Party Don’t Stop”. Most bands would pack up and leave the first blunder they encounter, but Rare Essence kept the party going despite having a power outage to interrupt their set.
